Goodbye to our school leader - but not yet!

Mads Frost Hansen has informed Skt. Josef Skole that he will step down from his position of school leader. The management and the board would like to thank Mads for his great efforts and for leaving school in a good condition.

In 2020, Mads took on the leadership of the school and has strengthened the school's academic and social profile. He leaves behind a school that is characterized by a healthy economy and a solid operation:

"I have made no secret of the fact that I want to try something different, but I have always had it as a goal, that Skt. Josef's School should be passed on in the same or better condition than I took it over myself. It's gone better and faster than I had dared dream of. That line has been crossed and I therefore wish to resign my position and start a new job and career on September 1st."

Mads has his future in place and looks forward to announcing it at a later date. At the same time, he is thankful for his time at Skt. Josef School:

"I joined the school on December 1, 2005 and have been happy and proud of my workplace ever since. For me, the school represents some of the finest things about Danish society, and I hope and believe, you will take good care and be true to the foundation on which the school is built. Thank you for your cooperation on the board, thank you to my colleagues, students and their parents. It has turned into many hours with many of you, thank you for your effort and time."

We would like to thank Mads for informing the school about his career change well in advance. This is a prerequisite for us to now - without haste - initiate a recruitment process to ensure that the right leadership profile takes our school towards new goals.

Fortunately, we do not say goodbye to Mads yet, and when the time comes, at the end of August, we will make a nice ending for him.
